Yesterday morning, Gabby celebrated the progress of her personal recovery by challenging herself to do something she hasn't accomplished since the shooting.

She took a GoPro camera 12,500 feet into the air and jumped out of a plane.

Later in the day, I was able to tell her that over 30,000 individuals signed up to recommit themselves to our effort to change gun violence laws in 2014. Watch the video of the skydive and add your name to theirs here:

5. She obviously does not want to live

Anyone who wakes up one morning and says "I want to skydive" does not want to live.

Anyone who drives out to the airport and straps on a parachute does not want to live.

Anyone who steps out of a perfectly good airplane does not want to live.

They want to live MORE!
