7. My guess is that the masses will be killing each other off fighting for the meager resources

that the capitalists dont want. At the same time the capitalists will be killing each other also to continue their lust for more wealth.

The Elite will convince the ignorant of the masses that all their problems are the fault of the intellectuals. Sorta like the Nazi's and the Jewish people, or maybe Pol Pot is a better example. The masses, with the help of the police will kill the smartest and potential revolution leaders. The ignorant may never recognize they are being used. Hell, even some politically liberal DU posters dont recognize they are being used.

Working on ways to part the wealthy from more of their cash in my state. It's incremental and slow, but it's that or get a cat.

16. It's happened many times in the past.

Usually, there's 3 results:

1) Guillotines (French Revolution, various Marxist revolutions)
2) Wealthy set up a dictatorship, delaying the Guillotines for a generation (Nazis, host of 3rd world dictators)
3) The wealthy pull their heads out of their asses, realize Guillotines are coming, and spread the wealth enough to reduce the political tension (US, 1930s)
