Most talk radio up there is absolutely horrid.

WNAX in Yankton, the first station west of the Mississippi (where Lawrence Welk once polkaed down), which has a huge presence, is all right-wing talkers (except for sports and the pork belly futures), and even has stupid, wannabe-Rush right-wing DJs who are always giving a platform to Rep. Steve King of nearby Iowa, who is just horrid.

The state legislature just acted, thank God, to protect the state from the sharia law threat.

This is a state with homemade anti-abortion billboards replete with dead fetuses (fetusi?) adorning the farm fields.

And they're not too fond of animal rights people, either.
