Boy, House of Cards is gettng nasty (no spoilers)

A few years ago I would have thought it is a very cynical dark satire, that took the worst aspects of DC and exaggerated them for dramatic effect.

But now, based on the sludge that's coming out of the real Washington, it seems more like it could almost be a behind-the-scenes documentary.

see the original in its entirety years ago. I've watched some of the remade version. But I agree that the original is better.

It's been a while so I will have to rewatch the last couple before the new eps.

Great series - I tend to like whatever Spacey does so that has much to do with it.

I tried the British version but I just couldn't get into it - I'm finding accents harder and harder to understand for my aging ears and that one sounded like mumbles and word puzzles to me so I dropped it, plus I think the general sound quality of the production was a little lacking.

wohoooo, more evil in Washington!
