I need help here and you are taking pictures?

Well you won't know where, you won't know when, but I will leave a little surprise for you on the floor. I suggest you wear shoes at all times."

You should be so lucky. I visited my brother in Belgium and his girlfriend's cat pooped right in the middle of the bed in the guest room where I was sleeping. She was jealous.

With the bitterly cold weather, I've been bringing my kitties in and I now have 3 sets of blinds that have to be replaced just for this reason.

It really ticks me off though, because I leave the blinds up enough every night so they can sit on the floor and look out the windows - all 6 windows!!!!!!! Grrrrrrr!

Wood on most but a heavier 2" plastic on another. They totally leave them alone because they can't bend them easily. It's awesome.

The last people who lived here had aI menagerie and those poor blinds were all bent and trashed.

I replaced them with a rice paper Roman shade from Cost Plus and it's lasted without holes or other cat damage for 18 years.

They just nose under it rather than trying to go through it.

That expression on the cat in the OP is just perfect, "Whaddya mean I look stupid? This is comfort, man!"

I have some fairly transparent curtains on my front windows and the cats sit there and look through them instead of trying to move them aside. My kitties are pretty but don't have much initiative (which I'm happy about).

I loathe those cheap plastic blinds. First, they just scream "Rental!" Second, cats love to break them. I have some fairly decent pull-down shades on my windows. The kittehs don't bother them.

Done that. Took all the blinds down and replaced them with curtains. Cat loves 'em, he can pull them aside to look out or just hide behind them so he can bounce out from behind and tackle anything/anyone who walks past. He thinks I'm the best mom in the world.
