Venezuela does have support from our own lovely people at Langley. Kiev, it's even more messy.

Which is most definitely a domestic movement that has been simmering for a long while and has now boiled over.

That certain parties--Russia, the EU, ultra nationalists--may seek to capitalize on the protests as they see fit should not detract from the overall purpose of them, which is essentially against governmental corruption and Russian interference in domestic affairs.

They have to play the 'foreigner' card. Otherwise they have to admit that 'their people' are so unhappy with the government that they are willing to demonstrate in large numbers for long periods.
