... the more her credibility goes down the crapper.... she is either anti gay or she is not. reluctance and delay only revels her true heart on this issue.
It is sad that it takes corporate threats to change the minds of elected officials more so a republican.
She should have VETOED yesterday.

(39,343 posts)1. She wants to see her face on the news for a few days
I thought the bill would die if she let it sit for 5 days without either signing or vetoing.

(32,610 posts)2. I heard on tv that it becomes law after 5 days
if she does not veto. I think the deadline is Friday.
HappyMe
(20,277 posts)3. Her credibility is already in the crapper.
I'm wondering if she isn't going to let it slide into law without saying a damn thing.

(67,111 posts)4. Brewer is a POS! Hence, it's hard to decide why/what she is doing. TPTB have so
F'ed over AZ, what a shame.

(12,869 posts)5. Time for a revival of "GUV."
Take it on the road. Should do well in several states.

(67,111 posts)10. Yeah, there's a list of them, barbaric places most would not like to
live in, visit or do business with. Just places to be shunned.

(32,020 posts)6. Brewer is an outgoing Governor.
She is dragging it out because she likes the attention. Its just a show.

(9,748 posts)8. She has 5 days. Arizona has the opposite of a pocket veto.
If she waits more than 5 days when the legislature is in session (10 days if not in session), it becomes law without her signature.
So she can get the law, but still claim that she never signed it. Though I rather doubt anyone is going to buy that bullshit excuse.

(71,265 posts)9. She has no credibility.
bullwinkle428
(20,629 posts)11. The bill is TWO PAGES long. How much fucking time does she need
to "study" it???
Given her apparent IQ though, a "Dick and Jane" book probably looks like "War and Peace".
HappyMe
(20,277 posts)12. Maybe she's wading through
"My Pet Goat".
