Keystone move: Smash or Trash?
I always read the Keystone kerfuffle as the Republicans trying to prevent Obama from green-lighting Keystone (by making the schedule impossible) which Obama very much wanted to do.
So there's no mysteries or surprises. One way or another it will be fully approved.
Today's announcement was politics, there was never any real chance of preventing it, and I can deal with it.
