Gerrymandering has rendered the House unwinnable for the next eight years.

Unlimited money favors the fascists because there are more of them willing to shell out on their side.

The average person is gullible and easily swayed by the propaganda.

Half of the remaining people are even dumber than that average person.

And Democrats that don't act like Democrats make people vote for the Republican.

My faith in the electorate is at an all time low. All the Republicans have to do is keep their Senate candidates from talking too much and they probably take that chamber too. The Akins, O'Donnells and Angles of the world are the only reason they don't have it now.

the Dem party has almost totally abandoned states like mine(Missouri). Used to be a Dem controlled state. Now, it seems to be run by R's from other places, all bent on destroying the unions and taking power from the few places Dems have a majority. In my area there are 0 Dems in the race for congress, state senate or any other office.

I really miss Dr. Dean's 50 state strategy. It worked. We had a few Dems elected then. Too bad one of them was McCaskill, just another 3rd way Dem or R for short. Our governor, the last Democrat with power here is at his term limit. I suppose it's the unemployment, no one has any $$ to donate to the cause. Otherwise, ???.
