The Stoners will save Florida this November

Amendment #2 is on the ballot which will legalize medicinal cannabis in Florida will get Democrats out to the polls. The Amendment has been funded by John Morgan, an attorney in Florida who saw his father and brother suffer when cannabis could have been used to relieve symptoms. John Morgan hired Charlie Crist to work for his firm a couple of years ago. Crist is running against Skeletor for governor.

Hatred of pRick Scott will get Democrats and Independents to the polls as well. Sure, we have to vote for Charlie Crist, but nevertheless voters will have the chance to rid the state of this disease. After we ditch Scott and hopefully enough state legislators, we might be able to get the federal funded Medicaid expansion that Scott and the pukes refused.

Alex Sink's loss is indicative of NOTHING.

The GOP is on record for wanting to get RID of the MW. The Dems for increasing it.

All in all, I will be there this November at the polls, voting for the Democratic candidates, and the MMJ bill. Also, my bassist, a staunch Republican, will be voting for the MMJ bill. As well as Republican candidates. The whole MMJ debate isn't squarely Left vs Right.

And before it's asked... How do I deal with a Republican bassist? We're not a political band, we're in it for fun... And occasional drunken arguments between moderate-liberal me, moderate-conservative bassist, and all-over-the-board-but-not-a-libertarian drummer. Fun times.

8. Sink's loss is indicative that she's not a good campaigner

Her second loss in a row.

Not saying she would do a bad job. But some people just aren't very good at campaigning.
