(34,658 posts)Actually I was on a pilot discussion board and they were asking why the cargo manifest has not been disclosed. If the plane has been hijacked by one of the passengers or crew it has something to do with the cargo. Usually the crew and passengers have no idea what the cargo is.

Not the case in my experience. All the ones I've heard of doing bad things were discharging or charging.

(62,444 posts)But, I was thinking of all the electronic devices that passengers bring on board.
I usually have a USB battery pack to charge my e-cig (which, incidentally, will not set off the lavatory smoke detector).
