Man Carrying Loaded Weapons Arrested At Sacramento Airport

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A Montana man is being held without bail after he reportedly tried to go through an Sacramento International Airport checkpoint with four loaded guns in his possession.

Transportation Security Administration agents noticed a gun in a carry-on bag belonging to Harold Edward Waller, 45. They then patted him down and found he was carrying a loaded gun in a holster. Two more guns were also found in a full search of his carry-on bag, according to a TSA official.

TSA agents discovered a total of four loaded firearms: a .45 automatic loaded with 12 rounds in the magazine and a round in the chamber, two loaded 25-caliber automatic weapons loaded with six rounds in the magazine, and a 9mm Smith and Wesson, a TSA official told CBS13.

Waller had 192 rounds of ammo, according to the federal official. Agents also found three knives in Waller’s possession.

people snuck weapons onto planes, and I swear some of the agents I've dealt with don't seem a bit interested in what's in my bag, so these agents deserve to be lauded.

They don't seem all that interested in mine either, but I don't have guns and ammunition in there either.

(although somebody needs to update the folks at SJO in Costs Rica on lighters... They got all of mine last week)

Mexican customs took it.

There is a patchwork of laws on them now, so I don't take them on international flights.

“He was very discouraged, depressed, saddened,” she said by phone from Montana. “His thought process was just all messed up. He did things that didn’t make sense. I know he needs help.”

Eight more load guns left in his car...how could he leave all them behind.

in gun cases, of course, which they stashed in the overhead compartments. Don't know what they had on them or in their luggage. But back then, no one batted an eyelash. It was on an Alaskan airline. Can you imagine that happening today?

An airliner full of armed individuals trying to shoot hijackers, what could possibly go wrong?

More guns is *not* the answer to every question ever asked, no matter how much you sqeeze your eyes shut and wish it to be so.

Zimmermzn is *your* guy.

Deal with it.

You can posit a scenario worse than what actually occured? Please, expound for us. Completely ignoring your hyperbole that all the passangers would be armed... Sheesh. At least try to be plausible, it'll help your credibility.

'More guns' isn't always the right answer, but at least in that one case, 'no guns' certainly didn't work out well.

And no, Zimmerman is most emphatically not mine. I do not have to deal with anything you pull out of your ass like that.
