I believe the FBI/Mass State Police on this.

Dude decided he didn't want to do life in Walpole. Suicide by cop. Not that complicated.

Or you referring to 'old' murders in Mass? and while in custody in FL, 'victim' took action to assure his 'suicide by cop?'

7. The Mass State Police were there in Florida...investigating the triple murder

That's why the FBI was there at all. They were assisting in an interstate interrogation. Indeed, there were two Mass State police on scene and one FBI agent. One of the MassState police officers went outside to call the DA ion Massachusetts, informing him that Todaschev was confessing. Todaschev flipped the table, smashing the FBI agents head, then ran to the kitchen, rummaging around for a weapon. He came out with the red pole, running at the Mass State police officer who was doing the interrogation. The FBI guy, bleeding profusely from the head, shot him.

Todaschev realized as he was writing his confession that he was on the hook for the triple murder and would be going to maximum security prison in Massachusetts forever. He didn't like that option, so he attacked the LEOs. Suicide by cop. It's why they should absolutely not have had the interview at his home.

11. Two officers on the scene, one already with a deep gash on his head

dealing with a known violent mixed martial artist who had just confessed to a brutal triple murder and who was in the process of attacking them.

Sounds perfectly plausible to me.

13. I don't buy it. And you forgot two other officers were there. With guns. And....

it always sounds plausible to all who 100% trust the FBI/Police.

Like Rachel said, the FBI has never ruled a shooting bad in their history. 151-0. Wow, what a record.

What a shame he didn't get to write the confession. Or talk to a lawyer. And the recording devices where shut off right before the shooting. Wow, what bad luck.

And wow, wouldn't it have been nice to have him to question about the Boston bombers?

Wait, I 100% trust the FBI/Police? OK, there, Kreskin.

The only two law enforcement officers in the actual apartment at the time of the alleged attack were one Massachusett State Police officer and the FBI agent who shot Todashev. The other State police officer was outside the apartment contacting the DA.

Dude was writing, not talking. Nothing weird about turning off the recording devices, since they appear to have been more or less ad hoc when this clown started actually confessing to his role in these murders. It seems clear that the LEO's didn't expect him to do so.

That this guy, with documented impulse control and violence issues, would get - shock of shocks - brutally violent as a response to being trapped and looking down the road at life without in Walpole is not at all difficult to believe. The major error made by Mass State police and the FBI was agreeing to interview him at his home, a very stupid decision, as the environment was impossible to control.

I agree that they should release the recordings and the half page he managed to scrawl out, and they should do so immediately as there seems to be no other investigation of either this incident or the triple murders.

But the way she believes the 9/11 commission makes me wonder how. The Pentagon gets a free pass from her for not showing us ANY other angle or camera's on 9/11. Not only that, they confiscated camera's from local businesses. Go back to sleep Rachel.
