Rachel Maddow was on the Howard Stern Show today!

I didn't hear it, but I heard about it. It should replay at least a couple times today.

I can't wait to hear that interview. They are two very interesting people.

3. Rachel's probably my favorite TV commentator but why is she on so many shows latelY?

Letterman, Howard Stern, Meet the Press. Probably a few others I don't know about. Why is she so active all of a sudden?

She wrote a book and she's trying to peddle it.

God bless her. If we had to put up with Chris Matthews pimping his stupid Kennedy book on every TV network, radio talk show and street corner in America, we can sure as hell give Rachel a few minutes to sell a book that actually has a point.

after listening to the show (I never listen to HS) from start to finish.
Instead I want to apologize for any implied suggestion regarding a
pictorial. The "friend" that called me is totally without credability.
Rachael was charming and brilliant as usual. My apologies.

10. Howard has been on a tear for months in favor of gay marriage

He is very progressive in his views and adores his wife, his mother, and his 30 year co-star Robin. If anything, Howard isn't crazy about men but I don't see anything misogynistic in his views and I've been listening to him since 1987.

I was in the car for four hours today and that's all I caught. But I heard the Bobo story three times.

16. That was a great interview. I liked the story of how she got into radio and how she met her

current girlfriend. Who knew that she was a Rhodes Scholar landscaper with a doctorate degree?

17. I got to my hotel and sat in my rental car for 45 minutes

to hear the entire interview. Howard did an amazing job. I know there's tons of "haters" out there for Stern but he is a great interviewer. He really adores Rachel and her show.
