Fox & Friends producer wanted to talk about future trends. I said #1 will be impacts of climate change. I was told to pick something else.

If you were interested in developing some new ideas, let alone learning the latest, you would read.
Otherwise, you aren't in an informed position needed to make a judgment.

(55,745 posts)If you had the facts, you'd show me. But you don't.
I don't know everything, even probably most, of what there is to know when it comes to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, his brother, once Attorney General and later Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, and that of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. RFK's kids said their father called the Warren Report "shoddy workmanship" and suspected a conspiracy.
One thing I do know: The assassinations of these three liberal, progressive leaders changed the course of the nation and the planet. Don't believe me or too lazy to read? Then look around: Today -- the richest time in human history -- money trumps peace and progress.

(55,745 posts)Not a single "special" documentary that aired on ABC, NBC, CBS or Fox said otherwise. It was odd, especially considering all that's been learned in the past 50 years.
So, who do you think is telling the truth? The mass media or the academics and experts I heard speak at Duquesne, some of whom have devoted 50 years of their lives in search of the truth -- many investigating the assassination of President Kennedy on behalf of the federal government; or the corporate controlled mass media who lie America into war, protect war criminals and allow all manner of treason in government and corruption by the 1-percent to pass unmentioned, uninvestigated and unpunished?
