http://thebarkpost.com/service-pit-bull-walks-in-graduation/"Josh passed in February of this year, but the university allowed his father and Cletus to accept his posthumous diploma. Josh and Cletus tenacity wont soon be forgotten as ISU has officially changed the name of an undergraduate study hall in the geosciences department to Cletus Corner.
This will bring tears to your eyes.

(854 posts)Where is the rest of the story??? According to the breedists here at DU, this put bull is a vicious, violent creature unable to control its own base instincts to kill, maim and destroy everything in its path. So where is the part of the video where the dog jumps from the stage into the crowd and starts eating the faces of all those darling new graduates? Where is the eyewitness footage of the slavering jaws locked around the throat of the Provost while the dog also skull-humps the Dean of Academics' face?
This is just another example of educational elitism and liberal propaganda: these so-called "educators" are trying to humanize these thug-dogs through the lamestream media. The breedists and reactionaries here at DU know the real truth: each of these animals is beyond redemption because they have been bred to kill by their former owners. They are good for nothing and belong only in cages or dead.

(7,234 posts)They've both self centered misogynistic pricks who only care about themselves, damn everyone else. If a kid or two happens to get killed ..."shit happens".
Kid gets shot, "You aint takin' muh guns"
Kid gets mauled "You aint takin' muh dogs"

(86,634 posts)Rarely hear about the university in the news, the bastard child of the three state universities in Idaho.
The Geosciences Dept has some great faculty members too. The young man whose dog marched in his place was also a frequent visitor to the area I live in. I have encountered him in the past but didn't know him personally. Knew about his passing though. I do know some of his (and his family's) local friends.
Good to know this is how he is remembered/honored at school.
