(218 posts)When you've said so many contradictory things on so many subjects, it's sometimes difficult to remember where your true principles lie. Unless you're just an empty, air-headed self-promoter that will say anything to anyone at any time if it will please her current financiers. Then, it's just shake your head and laugh that anyone even listens to this person in the first place. Someone to be truly pitied.

(1,620 posts)when Katie Couric asked her, and when Glenn Beck asked her who her favorite Founding Father was she could not provide an immediate answer and struggled to come up with "George Washington" (who Beck also claimed to be his favorite). What's more, Palin is dangerous because she is cut from the same cloth as those who support her inanity because they are as ignorant as her, if not moreso. These are dangerous people who proclaim themselves to be Constitutional scholars and experts on the history of the United States and its government when they lack basic knowledge concerning what the Constitution says and how it works, what the history of the county "they want back" is, and how the United States government actually functions. You can't have a functioning republic with such a large group of willfully ignorant citizens.

(12,608 posts)When something controversial emerges, she sits back and wait to see what her fellow extremist are saying about it then she twits about whatever position they take. Shes part of the collective, never thinking independently.

(7,759 posts)How do we know what drove him to do what he did? We would have applauded a Nazi SS who walked away from one of the concentration camps because he thought what his fellow comrades were doing was immoral, wrong, or inhumane. In fact we praised some who did.
