How are Central American immigrants getting to the US?

Are they trekking through Mexico (and Guatemala, and elsewhere)? That cannot be a safe trip. I'm sure that some people aren't making it. Also, are people fleeing Honduras and Guatemala and settling in Mexico?

Los Angeles, and say they're going to Disneyland, or a family wedding, or a funeral. They won't have any drama, they've got round trip tickets, after all.

Then just disappear. Melt into the fabric of society, no muss, no fuss.

It's probably the same amount of dough, at the end of the day, even if they have to forego the return portion of the trip.

I guess they don't do a lot of smuggling by sea--that would seem to be an easier way to go.

People (not here) act like they are being brought in on first class transportation. I think the risks & suffering that they are going through to get her should all them to stay. If I could take some in I would. Hell I could take in 4 kids on my own at least to get them out of the situation they are in now. No child deserves this.

They are obviously running from something & it's insane that people ate willing to treat them like dogs.

that's how desperate they are. they just want to make some money to try to support their families.

i really think we need to do something to help countries around the world which are having problems .

we had the marshall plan for europe after the war. but there was nothing like that for many of the other countries when they went through huge changes .

She filmed the heartbreaking conditions they are trying to escape (teen in coma from drug gang bullets), and the harrowing route they take to get to the US:
