then wouldn't Boehner file suit against the SC for changing the birth control Hobby Lobby ruling because they changed the law without going back to Congress to change the law.

I wonder if (or when) he will give up. He wants people to show up at the polls, says 60% won't, the ones most effected. But the RWNJs will vote. They did in 2010. If we don't vote, what happens is up to them...
