This is a guy that bragged about filling prisons and making inmates suffer. He supported and wrote laws that support harsh minimum sentencing guidelines. He wants minors as young as 12 to be tried as adults. And to top it all off...Crist was a "Stand your ground" supporter. Most of these policies negatively effected blacks and hispanics.

I agree very little with him concerning his views on the justice system and the law. There is absolutely no evidence he's changed with this thinking.

I like him. I've talked with him, he's a nice guy. He's careful with his words, but he realized before others that catering to the teaparty was destroying the party. Heck, I know some Democrats who took much longer than that.
