Back on the 4th of July, I was in my garage...

Outside, firecrackers were going off, but I didn't have any. So I went over to the front door, suck my head out, and yelled "BANG" really loud. Scared the crap out of my wife.

But I was thinking, wouldn't it be fun to do that at an open carry rally? Of course, one would need to be a little careful of where they were when doing it, but the resulting mayhem could go a long way toward reducing the popularity of said rallies

Wow, sounds like a really bad idea. And why would you want to scare the crap out of your wife? HERVEPA Jul 2014 #1

Well, kicking a tiger in the balls is kinda funny also. But, if you're going to do it - use firecrackers or a burst a paper bag - you'll get more effect. Also, make sure you're wearing a bullet proof vest.

Tigers are cool and don't deserve it. However, gun nuts are significantly less cool.

You're right that yelling "BANG" might not be the best option. A remote-controller paper bag would be good, but not a bullet-proof paper bag.

a fortuitously timed car backfire at one of these gatherings would make a world at least a slightly better place.
