The death of Eric Garner at the hands of New York police has sparked growing concern over the use of police chokeholds and a debate about holding officers accountable by videotaping their actions.
On July 17, New York City police placed Garner, an African-American father of six, in a chokehold after they confronted him for selling single cigarettes known as loosies. Graphic video of the incident shows an officer pulling Garner to the ground by the neck and then holding his head against the pavement. He repeatedly says that he cannot breathe. A New York City medical examiner ruled Garners death to be a homicide.

I'm starting to think we need to film every cop, every day, all day and all night.

I don't understand why all youse perps and mooks out there don't understand that cops have to lie their ducking asses off to do their job of keeping youse either safe or in jail or hopefully both.

It's not possible of course, but...I've come a long way on this.

with unimpeachable, extrinsic evidence? Gotta put a stop to that now. Every cell phone is now a threat to the cops. Time to lock those cell-phone carrying subversives up too.
