Hamas justifies beheadings, beatings, torture and killings of homosexuals with Islamic law or unjustly claim the Homosexuals are collaborators of the enemy. "It's now impossible to be an open gay in the P.A." Ganon says that Islamic law is the main justification for such treatment of homosexuals under the Palestinian Authority.[61]

but with the whole hearted stance by the PA and Hamas as it is against LGBT peoples I think it should be considered in how they conduct their society and their value as a whole If we are to believe everything we hear from the Palestinian side of events. It may be nothing to them to stage rockets in civilian populations and establishments.
