This is what Hamas and the PA think of Homosexuals.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_rights_in_the_Palestinian_territories#Status_of_homosexuality

Status of homosexuality[edit]
Homosexuality is illegal within the Authority & many gays have been harassed for being homosexual. The Hamas-controlled Gaza strip has declared homosexuality punishable by death. Hamas cofounder Mahmoud Zahar has said, “You in the West do not live like human beings. You do not even live like animals. You accept homosexuality. And now you criticize us?”[60]

According to Shaul Ganon of the Israeli based gay rights group, Aguda, "The P.A.'s usual excuse for persecuting gays is to label them collaborators--though I know of two cases in the last three years where people were tried explicitly for being homosexuals, they were both beheaded." Hamas justifies beheadings, beatings, torture and killings of homosexuals with Islamic law or unjustly claim the Homosexuals are collaborators of the enemy. "It's now impossible to be an open gay in the P.A." Ganon says that Islamic law is the main justification for such treatment of homosexuals under the Palestinian Authority.[61]

Now I suppose we can all agree that Israel has every right to kill every man, woman, and child in Gaza. Thanks for clearing that up.

Hamas and the Palestinian Authority are hateful homophobes - therefore ease up on the genocide charges and condemnation of killing kids, folks.

You know, the ones who protest funerals? We still don't bomb them. Hell, we have plenty of people who think like that in Congress. We still do not bomb congress.

And some in Congress who DO have power feel the same way. American money goes to groups in Africa who fund the legislation to put homosexuals in prison for life.

This group has had some wins in American politics and have pushed money into Uganda causing serious real harm to actual people.

A Wiki entry. Very subtle, OP.

... I am always happy to see folks standing up for LGBT rights and equality, but, beware of criticism of a country or groups LGBT bigotry being used as a pretext to excuse other bad behavior.

but with the whole hearted stance by the PA and Hamas as it is against LGBT peoples I think it should be considered in how they conduct their society and their value as a whole If we are to believe everything we hear from the Palestinian side of events. It may be nothing to them to stage rockets in civilian populations and establishments.
