A prosecutor can get them to indict anyone for anything. He only presents one side of a story. Anything counter to that is not allowed.

Sounds like that "cancer charity" was a private slush fund to hand out money to Perry and Abbott's campaigns. $42 million I believe, instead of cancer research.
