NY Magazine: Meet the Very White, Pro-Police Supporters of Darren Wilson, Online and in Ferguson

http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2014/08/darren-wilson-supporters-online-ferguson.html?mid=google&google_editors_picks=true

Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson has not yet been charged in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, and may never be. But just in case, there's already more than $30,800 raised in his name, "for any financial needs [Wilson and his family] may have including legal fees." In one day, the GoFundMe page "Support Officer Darren Wilson" has received more than 800 donations, well on its way to a fund-raising goal of $100,000.

"He did his job correctly!" wrote Peter Ilica, who gave $100. "He needs the money now!"

However, Darren Wilson can can bank it. I'm sure that Mike Browns parents will be happy to relieve him of it when they win their civil suit against them for killing their son.

The money goes to defend people such as Darren Wilson (who has the right to a legal defense in court). That does not mean you have to pay for the defense of police who do bad.

Somebody executed Brown in the middle of the street...what they got someone else in mind? Wilson must be a very tough guy to have a broken eye socket and yet still stand out in the street for 4 hours without needing medical attention.
