i.e., was she targeted, or was she just unfortunately in a crowd that got pepper sprayed?

the most I can find is that a particular crowd had calmed down a bit when somebody started throwing bottles (of either water or urine, or both) at police, which started the whole thing up again, including the police chasing the perpetrators and launching tear gas.


This post makes it sound like she was purposely targeted in some way, which could be incorrect, but hey, at least it's good for some stomping outrage, right?
