They all have shaved heads and more often than not have arms and necks with tattoo's. They have the facial features with the scowl of Mussolini. Physically, look like if they ran more than 30 feet they would collapse from lack of oxygen. No wonder they shoot first. They no longer wear standard blue uniforms but wear black or camouflage military BDU's. What happened to the friendly beat cop?

(19,247 posts)I actually have a coworker who's training to be a cop. Nice enough guy at work, but he looks like he practically lives in the gym.

Here they got the downtown cops out of the cars and onto bicycles and those cops are buff. There would be no way to outrun them.

(15,064 posts)with people are nothing more that PR attempts so people will say, "See. There are good policemen." They wouldn't need those photos if they were actually "good". I'm just an average looking guy. But every time I've ever spoken to a police officer, just to say hello or have small talk, while they're standing around during an event or just hanging on the corner they always, and I mean "always", have a power trip attitude and a holier than thou vibe surrounding every molecule of their being. They will joke with each other but to have a private citizen look at them to say hello, joke or be friendly they look like they're looking you over as if you're a suspicious bank robber type or drug dealer. I'm not a paranoid person and have no feelings like that with anyone else but police. I've never been arrested, in jail or trouble. But damn they sure make me feel like I've done something wrong.
They have done heroic things and died in the line of duty but dammit not everyone is a damn criminal.

(20,018 posts)Remember that this country is under the influence of Christianity, which blatantly states that everyone is so guilty that they should be tortured forever.
Everyone.
No exceptions.
It views 'salvation' as a special favor that God does for those he likes even though they still deserve eternal punishment. But if you've got friends in high places you get out of it!
Does that sound anything like our current government and law enforcement?
It should.
