I would guess then that BK's move is more along the lines of making a political statement and tantrum of sorts; much like the moves by high profile cases like Poppajohns pizza and the Darden group restaurants over the ACA.

If you can give your stock a short term boost showing an additional 50 or 60 million, it is something these people will do. They don't give a rats ass about this country.
