11. It's not a quality fabric

It doesn't fit him well, which is typical for his suits. He obviously doesn't spend the amount of money on his wardrobe that either Reagan or Bush did. You can tell the difference in quality immediately. That is not to his detriment at all. He is clearly more frugal.
