So, when will Ray Rice be arrested and charged?

There's a video of the crime. It's crystal clear that he hit a woman hard enough to cause her to be rendered unconscious, either from the blow or from hitting the elevator hand rail. Being cut from the team and suspended by the NFL is good, but I want to see him arrested, perp-walked, and charged with the crime he so obviously and visibly committed. When will we see that?

ETA: I see from posts below that this has been taken care of. Too bad he didn't get some jail time, IMO.

the legal system is through with him after he plead guilty and was placed in a program for domestic abusers.
