MSNBC has covered the matter exactly as I expected. If the other networks are passing it over, it may be because they don't want to give NBC any free publicity on the theory, perhaps wrong in this case, that there's no such thing as bad publicity.

That's right, in short order too. We need to kick this and be sure everyone spreads it far and wide, because there will be no word of it from NBC or MSNBC.

I would find that interview embarrassing for not only Todd but for NBC as well. How is Todd going to cover his tracks on that one?

I have yet to find a review of the interview that mentions it. And apparently Todd thinks it's enough to simply mention that he "blew it." We're well aware that you blew it, Chuck -- you STILL owe us an explanation of HOW and WHY. Were you so nervous being around a US president, or so intent on "nailing" Obama, that you DIDN'T hear anything he said? Or did you have the misfortune of having your first "senior moment" at the worst possible time?

Dave's a very smart man. Todd's behavior was so stupid, I'm still trying to wrap my head around it! I've tried to resist the feeling that the talking heads are all part of the conspiracy to keep us in line, but this tears it for me. I am endlessly impressed by the President's cool….and his ability to see beyond the immediate idiocy. He clearly knew, while it was happening, that what Todd was doing would blow up in Todd's face. Thank you, Dave!

What a buffoon!

I don't think Dave likes doing this sort of thing.
But, it just sort of "fell out of the sky", so he had to show everyone what had happened.

Honestly, when has a member of the press corps treated any other President so poorly?
Over the last 40 years, I have never seen an interviewer say something this absurd to any President!

on his 1st day. Interviewing the Prez., why is he still employed?

How is anyone supposed to take him seriously? He was a joke before, now, he's a laughing stock.
MSNBC needs to send him to CNN so he can be amongst his peers. (Anderson Cooper excluded of course).
