John Boehner's display of outstanding moral character

"John Boehner Says Unemployed People ‘Just Sit Around,’ Don’t Think They Have To Work"

"“This idea that has been born, maybe out of the economy over the last couple years, that you know, I really don’t have to work. I don’t really want to do this. I think I’d rather just sit around. This is a very sick idea for our country,” he said."

Congress Heads Home After Exhausting Eight Days of Work

"Including the five-week summer recess, Congress will have been in session for a total of about eight days between the end of July and the middle of November."

Actually I could have also said that he just called out himself and his own party for not wanting to work and just sitting around.

but that doesn't come close to what they get in "campaign contributions" and lobbying work once they leave office.

...for what they will be making AFTER they get out of Congress.

See: Blanche Lincoln, Eric Cantor, and a bevy of other congressional bought-off blockheads.

And we pay them the big bucks just so they can create more vacations for themselves while we take home a pittance.

Something doesn't seem quite right here.

I don't feel like I want to buy that corporation's product. I can't afford it, anyway.

"Congress just sits around; Don't think they have to work." would be much more truthful. There's an adage I once heard that goes, if someone is often concerned about having things stolen from them; they are probably a thief. If someone is often concerned about being lied to; they are probably a liar. So if someone is often concerned about people sitting around and not working; they probably sit around and don't work.
