With ferguson and other similar cases going on now it would be good if he could finish that. He did say that he will stay on until the senate nominates another AG. The way the senate is going this could take a long time.

The bushies destroyed these sections with hacks like that idiot Christian Adams (a person who was too stupid to be hired without bushies breaking the law). Now that Holder has reestablished these section, he deserves a rest

was the word "spineless" used in the context of his civil rights work- which is what you claimed?

Because I'll use it too: Good as Holder was on some issues, particularly civil rights which was incredibly important in the wake of the gutting of voting rights, he was, yes, spineless when it came to Wall Street. In the face of blatant and clear criminality, he prosecuted exactly 0 times.

so that would indeed include all the work he did. Spineless people don't have backbones.

I am confident the Wall Street crimes will be addressed. These thing are done in the background -- I don't expect a daily report on how it's proceeding and warn the targets. I may be wrong, but so may you.

I think of Bin Laden, and how the President was after him practically the same day he took office, and 2 years later, nabbed. Meanwhile, there was some amount of mewling and whining that Obama just let Osama go, just like Bush, that Obama didn't care about Bin, just like Bush, that he was weak, spineless, all these words shared by repuglicans and democrats alike.

So I will wait and see what develops in the last days of this administration instead of pretending I know what is happening behind the scenes.

I don't know what will happen but something will.

I want them all tarred and feathered as they are robber barons, they are thieves in the night, but they are also very well protected and more powerful than the 3 branches of government so if things don't go the way I want, I won't be calling the ones who try the names, but the ones who are the criminals and the ones who outwardly support these criminals, like the Clintons do.

Political hacks had been illegally hired such as that idiot Christian Adams and these hacks were encouraged to leave. These sections are now active and doing their job.

That is a major accomplishment

Eric Holder's resignation paves the way for his transition to the Supreme Court before the end of Obama' term.

That is my personal prediction.
Regardless of what Justice Ginsberg says.
