All he can do is try and use the "stand your ground" law because nothing else will work for him. Even Jeb Bush said the stand your ground law would not apply in this case, as have many others who have defended the stand your ground laws in the past.

I honestly don't know how anyone could use this defense if they had gotten out of their vehicle and "followed" someone then shot them. I just doesn't make any sense to me. If I were on a jury and this ind of a case was being tried, I would not be voting to let the person who did the shooting go, especially when the victim was not armed.

No eye witnesses so therefore Zimmerman can claim he was defending himself.
