Florida Dems release 'Sh** Allen West Says' video after 'communist' remarks

The Florida Democratic Party released a video Friday titled "Sh** Allen West Says," in the style of the viral YouTube meme, slamming the Florida congressman for his controversial comments.
The video is set to the Gnarls Barkley hit single "Crazy" and features television anchors and reporters commenting on West's past remarks.
West (R-Fla.) came under attack this week after telling almost 100 Floridians in Palm City on Tuesday that "he's heard" as many as 80 Democrats in Congress are members of the Communist Party.
"He's connecting American legislators to a movement that was responsible for upwards to 100 million deaths,'" says MSNBC "Morning Joe" host Joe Scarborough on his morning show, which is featured in the video.

The video also makes reference to past remarks made by the freshman Republican, blasting him for comparing President Obama to a "dictator" last year and describing Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) as "vile."
"Although the GOP may be silent about Allen West's dangerous rhetoric, count on Florida voters to make their voices heard in November," says the Florida Democratic Party blog post released with the video.
