"Air Monitoring Not Something We Typically Do"
The article is about a "new" company that is, ostensibly, taking over drilling (fracking) operations within city limits and in proximity to a school playground.
From the article: " If the company is so sure no emissions of any kind from the pad will reach the school, they should be willing to prove it, and in doing so offer parents much needed peace of mind."
