Tin Foil Discussion: ISIL & Ebola vs 911

If 911 was to sow fear into the U.S.. What would happen if ISIL was to infect some of those happy suicide bombers who dream of die for their cause. Inject them with blood from Liberia in some locale like London and put them on planes to various big cities in the U.S.?

They would not be contagious yet, they get to tour the U.S. and being non-citizens of Africa or the Middle East, no problems with anyone. When they finally start collapsing, their passports would not give them away. They could just sit in an ER coughing up blood (from maybe an ulcer).

Not that is my worst fear. Do I need to resize my tin-foil hat or maybe make it triple thick?
