Dallas are grossly negligent if they have failed to address the Ebola risk by now and done SERIOUS staff training and formulated a set of protocols tailored to their individual facilities and based on CDC guidelines.

They appear to have failed to make the slightest effort at doing so.

CDC ain't their mommy. Hospitals need to put on their BIG GIRL PANTS and do their jobs, which include being competent at handling infectious diseases.

Too many hospital administrators sitting on their asses collecting their fat paychecks, IMHO. And quite a few department heads and committees, too.

When I get sent guidelines from our veterinary public health department, I actually READ them. And implement policies taking their recommendations into account. And I have a microscopic vet clinic.
