With GOP Vouchers For Medicare Most Seniors Will Lose Their Health Care Coverage.

Vouchering Medicare will be a disaster for seniors. And if we go back to caps and denial for pre existing conditions and cut medication assistance many seniors will have nothing. Even with a voucher many seniors on Social Security will not be able to afford the premiums that insurance companies will charge them.

ADDENDUM - I believe Ryan has said that vouchers should include people already on Medicare. Every senior has health issues. Who is going to insure them. You could have a $10,000 voucher and still pay a $1000 a month premium with multiple thousands copay.

they probably think that they'll keep their medicare and vouchers will be for the next generation. A huge F-U right before they move on.

Here in Kansas this is an issue because of the Health Compact issue (or whatever-the-fk they call it). Seniors are up in arms, or some of us are at any rate, because those of us who haven't lost our ability to reason know what will happen to Medicare if they get their hands on it. Brokeback Brownback should lose his governorship over this, but we'll see. Meanwhile, some of us are getting very nervous.

Face it--repugs hate people, except for the rich ones. The rest of us can just go to hell.

Idiots.
