We usually have at least three rescue dogs in our family pack.

My parents, and a few of my siblings who live in rural areas, often have more than three rescue and shelter dogs.

Rescue and shelter dogs are almost always appreciative.

Rescue and shelter humans, no, not so much. Sometimes they steal your Tramadol and stab you in the hand with kitchen knives when you confront them.

Dogs are frequently better people than humans.

Under that little doggie T-shirt lurks the Beast. Those kisses are just a taste test, for HUMAN FLESH.
