like, Supervisor of election officials telling people not to "worry about the Amendments section" of the ballot. "you don't have to vote on that."

We made a complaint SoE, and then heard more complaints of the same.

We have some very contentious local amendments that the Chamber/GOP is trying to suppress.

A copy of the laws referenced below governing Florida’s elections can be found at http://election.dos.state.fl.us/publications/pdf/2006_election_laws.pdf

1. Can you photograph or video yourself inside the polling station?

No. See 102.031(5) of the Florida Code, “no photography is permitted in the polling room or early voting area.”

sounds like a technology freak out. they didn't have an IT person and the "solution" the poll official came up with "let's just turn it off and erase the card."

I just came back from voting and my precinct was a ghost town. I am hoping this is good news for our Governor's race. Or is it to early and just wishful thinking on my part?

P.S. I also live in a area where most people are retired and are not at work.
