4:21 PM PT: Working backwards from exit poll data:

GA-Sen: 48.8 Perdue, 48.4 Nunn
GA-Gov: 48.72 Deal, 47.28 Carter

Also hearing that non-white vote is at a record 36%

in which the presumed low turnout would favore the repukes.

But if both races go that route, that could boost turnout somewhat.
