I know there were so many hard working folks working to get her elected. We've had some real disappointments tonight.

though much of it was the GOP tryign to keep latinos from voting. The sad fact is, most of us latinos want to beacceprted for what we are, were and always will be, Americans. However, one too many of these elections where you win by cheating, and we will not cry if someone makes the fantasy of a reconqusita come true.

boring wins.. There was a time when flamboyance & excitement was enough, but the Puritans are pretty much in charge these days, and our icky media revels in every juicy detail until people choose boring...

there was a lot of enthusiasm generated, and even though Wendy lost, the pendulum is swinging. As long as I live here I won't stop fighting to turn Texas blue.

But yeah, I expected the morans in my state to vote...sad that 99% of them vote against their own best interest. Oh well, I VOTED for her and I know others that did too...so when I hear complaints from GOPukers, I'm just going to tell them to talk to the hand.

With four years of Abbott in the governors mansion it can't be too far away.

Look in the dictionary under "ignorant" and you'll see a map of Texas.

And a picture of all their governors since (i.e. NOT INCLUDING) Ann Richards. Bush, Perry... now Abbott.
