8. Sounds entirely possible. I know a lot of folks on here think he'll just whip out

the veto pen on anything, but the President has a history of 'believing in process'. I would guess that the only legislation that's 'sacrosanct' will be Obamacare, and even that is going to likely take some hits in the name of 'bipartisanship'.
