Looks like Oregon legalized marijuana

ahead 53.7% to 46.3% with 65% votes tallied.

GMO labeling behind, 51.5% - 48.5

Dems so far retain control of state Senate, House.

Senator Merkley and all US Congress incumbents reelected.

Gov. Kitzhaber ahead by three points.

Portland Trailblazers lead Cleveland by 18 with 3 minutes to go.

All the out of state special interest money paid off. Constant ads and a last minute argument that GMO labeling equaled anti-science quackery paid off well.
