This almost seems too implausible to believe -- underperforming in EVERY single race, losing safe seats like MD-Gov.
Something isn't right here.

Now that I can no longer be accused of trying to demoralize perhaps people should read it again and again until it sinks in.

In 2006 when the GOP got wrecked in that midterm election the Bush loyalists circled the wagons and put their fingers in their ears, and they got wrecked again in 2008 as a direct result. Please, let us not make the same mistake, and try to actually learn from this event.

that all those elections are valid given the reports of machines flipping votes and suppression efforts that were not appropriate. I am skeptical.

But doing something about it will be difficult.

Agreed. I wonder if the votes are rigged. In fact the timing of the Us Ebola scare and ISIS beheadings was a little to convenient to the elections--not to mention the immigration crisis in the same summer, c'mon. CIA bullshit.

I lived through the past, but I was so young then, I had virtually nothing at stake, unlike now.

The stupid it burns. On a positive note, this site will find a common enemy to hate once again. That's how these things cycle. \
