We knew that this would happen since the ruling of Citizens United

And now this is the day that the Billionaires have been waiting for, that proves the power of big money.

Formerly close races were blown wide open:

In Kansas, Pat Roberts beat Greg Orman by an 11 percent margin, when just weeks ago it looked like Orman was going to win

In Iowa, what was once a toss-up, Joni Ernst beat Bruce Braley by 9 percent.

In Illinois, in also what was once a toss-up, Bruce Rauner beat Pat Quinn by 6 percent for the Governor seat

In Kentucky, what was a dead heat on October 20, 15 days later, Mitch McConnell wins by 16 percent

Damn, we are fucked

"Turn on, tune in and drop out."

I think it's time again. The hippies changed things by banding together in communes, not working at conventional jobs and looking after one another. They fought against the endless Vietnam war and won. They got the civil rights movement started, the feminist movement started and many other core changes in our society. I think it's time to get our young people mobilized again in a similar movement. They can start by protesting college loans and the fact that college tuition isn't free anymore like it once was. This will piss off a lot of establishment types especially banks and Wall Street. They won't see it coming.

But now that they have essentially cut us out of the system, because that's what they did, we have no obligation to play their games anymore. Things will be harder due to our militarized police and for profit prison system, but with some leadership and brains behind a movement we could rock the Koch ship of state and sink it.

Occupy Wall Street was a start, so now it's time for the main event.
