return to feudalism, a modern version. I've always thought a good portion of the masses are dumber than a bag of rocks, those that fall hook, line and sinker for propaganda.

It's not even about political parties, it's thinking about what is best for one collectively and the nation, but sadly as Idiocracy spreads across the US, the capability to rationally think is fading.

I can see why growing numbers are so disillusioned with the future of the US they are just tuning out to everything. I have friends that have done that, they think the US has become so F'ed up and so negative that it's a total energy drain on one and unhealthy to be too engaged with fretting about the political process and the future of the US. I'm starting to not give a shit either, but still hanging in.

The significant question is how we on the left can get others of like mind to vote for progressives. We don't do it by constantly complaining about democrats or by publicly voicing personal disdain like calling people idiots. I'm not saying that you do that. But I've seen far too many of those kinds of posts on Facebook tonight. The left should come correct. Tighten up our game. Stop publicly demeaning people and calling them all idiots. Rant over.
