I would be surprised if he did. He's acting exactly as we thought. Dawgs Nov 2014 #1

Compare his dickish behavior (and the dickish behavior of the GOP in general) after this election to Obama's conciliatory behavior after '08 (conciliatory to the point of literally wining and dining these dicks).

I'm not saying the Democrats need to be more dickish, but that "reaching across the aisle" crap has got to go. If we won as huge as we did in '08, that was a mandate. The GOP should've been told: get on board and help or get left behind.

But I suppose Wall Street would have frowned upon such an ultimatum.

I'll bet House Repukes are already drawing up the Articles of Impeachment...why should Mitch take the phone call of a man about to be impeached...for being uppity?

did find that when Pres Obama won reelection in 2012 he tried to call both McConnell and Boehner and was told they were both asleep.

After his speech, Mr. Obama tried to call both Mr. Boehner and the Senate Republican leader, Mitch McConnell, but was told they were asleep.

I hope the President has his veto pen fired up and ready to go.
