Do you think the Senate will go back to the old filibuster rule for judg re s?

I hope so. Filibuster rules prevent civil war imo.

They control the senate and Obama is making the nominees. The only time this rule comes into play and the president and senate majority are from the SAME party and it's not a 60 vote majority.
